Referrals & Eligibility
How do I refer someone for our services?
Referrals can be made by local authorities, NHS trusts, social workers, case managers, families, schools, and healthcare professionals. Please contact us directly with details of the person's needs and we'll discuss the referral process with you.
Who is eligible for your services?
We support children, young people and adults with a range of needs including mental health support, learning disabilities, autism support, and those requiring residential or community care. Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.
What information do you need for a referral?
We'll need details of the person's needs, their current situation, any relevant medical or mental health history, family background, and the type of support they're seeking. We'll ask for this information during the referral discussion.
How long does it take to process a referral?
We aim to acknowledge referrals within 3 working days and to complete an assessment within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of needs and availability of services. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Funding & Costs
How are your services funded?
Our services are funded through local authorities, NHS trusts, and individuals. Funding arrangements are discussed as part of the referral and assessment process. We work with your local authority or NHS trust to arrange appropriate funding.
Do you provide services through direct payments?
Yes, we can work with direct payment schemes. We'll discuss payment arrangements and how this can work for your situation during the commissioning process.

Safeguarding & Quality
What safeguarding measures do you have in place?

How do you ensure quality of care?
We maintain high quality standards through person-centred planning, regular supervision and support of staff, ongoing training, service user and family feedback, and regular review of care plans and outcomes.
What do I do if I have concerns about the service?
We welcome feedback and take all concerns seriously. You can raise concerns through your allocated social worker, by contacting us directly, or through our formal complaints procedure. We'll respond promptly and work to address any issues.
Are you registered with regulatory bodies?
Yes, our services are registered with Ofsted where required. We also work with local safeguarding children partnerships and health & social care inspectorates to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
